Telekungtea · Supplier Buying Review

Product Performance & Inventory Direction

A decision dashboard built from the available product-performance summary. Core product analysis uses Apr–Jul 2026 full-month sales; Aug is shown as MTD signal. Variant size/colour analysis uses the periods stated in the source report.

Executive overview

Fast read of demand, sellable stock and immediate buying pressure.

Interpretation rule: Months of Stock (MOS) = current Normal Product stock ÷ average monthly unit sales for Apr–Jul. It is a management indicator, not a precise forecast, because opening stock, replenishment timing, lead time and lost-sales data are not available.

Product performance

Use the search, filter and sortable headers to review every parent product. August is MTD and is intentionally excluded from the 4-month average.

Signals that deserve supplier discussion

Momentum is shown separately from stock cover so a fast-accelerating item does not get misread using a simple historical average.

Fastest Apr → Jul momentum

Products with accelerating unit demand. Large percentage changes from a small base should still be judged with absolute units.

Highest estimated stock cover

Products where current Normal Product stock is largest relative to Apr–Jul average monthly sales.

Demand acceleration

The Hibiscus moved from 180 units in Apr to 609 in Jul. Peony Travel Telekung moved from 86 to 616, while Whispered Grace rose from 72 to 212. These deserve a momentum overlay before final PO quantities are decided.

Inventory caution

High months-cover does not automatically mean a product is weak; it means new production should be challenged against sell-through plans, expected campaigns, seasonality and supplier lead time.

Size & colour mix

Size sales mix follows the source report's May–Jul 2026 period. Colour lists below are current stock snapshots, useful for production-mix discussions but not sufficient for true colour sell-through without opening/replenishment data.

Supplier action framework

Simple discussion labels derived from estimated months-cover. Final PO decisions should also consider momentum, planned promotions and supplier lead time.

Suggested thresholds: Priority <2 months · Maintain 2–<4 · Watch 4–<6 · Reduce 6–<9 · Hold ≥9. Products with missing current stock remain Data Gap and are not assigned an inventory action.

Method & limitations

Keep this page visible during supplier review so all parties understand what the numbers can—and cannot—support.

  1. Core period: Apr, May, Jun and Jul 2026 are treated as four complete months.
  2. August: displayed as MTD only and excluded from monthly averages.
  3. Inventory basis: MOS uses Normal Product stock rather than As-Is, QC/KIV or NQ/FQ stock.
  4. Variant period: detailed size sales mix is May–Jul 2026 because that is the period stated in the source report.
  5. Missing stock: no stock estimate is invented for products where the summary does not provide a corresponding current Normal Product figure.
  6. Not available: opening inventory, incoming PO history, stock-out days, lead time, promotions and channel-level sales. Therefore the dashboard supports buying judgement but is not a full demand-forecasting engine.
